• Name, email address, phone number (optional) and ZIP code
• The service you choose and anything you type in the message box
• The page you sent it from, and the time
• Basic technical data our host needs to deliver and protect the form (such as IP address, used for spam and abuse prevention)

Where it goes and why

• Your submission is emailed to our private inbox so a person can review it.
• With your consent (the checkbox on the form), we share it with one independent radon professional who serves your area, so they can contact you about your request by email or phone.
• We don't sell your information, don't text you, and don't add you to marketing lists.
• Once a professional has your details, their own privacy practices apply to how they use them.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and form submissions. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months to handle follow-ups and keep records of referrals, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent, or to withdraw consent, use the request form, choose "Not sure yet / other," and write "Privacy request" in the message. We'll respond by email.

Children

This site is for adult homeowners and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
