1. What this site is

We're a referral service that connects you with independent, certified radon professionals who serve the Roanoke Valley. We don't perform radon testing or mitigation ourselves. Roanoke Radon Pros is not a contractor, radon tester or mitigator, and doesn't bid on, accept, manage or perform any work.

2. No contract with us for work

Any estimate, contract, price, warranty, permit and work are solely between you and the professional you choose. We're not a party to that agreement and aren't responsible for the professional's work, pricing, conduct or results.

3. Verify credentials

We ask participating professionals to show current NRPP or NRSB certification and a Virginia DPOR contractor license with the radon mitigation (RMC) specialty, but credentials can lapse. Please verify them yourself on DPOR License Lookup and the NRPP or NRSB directory before hiring.

4. Information only

Content on this site summarizes public EPA and Virginia Department of Health guidance for general education. It's not medical, legal or engineering advice. Follow the professional's site-specific recommendations and official guidance.

5. No guarantee of a match

We may not be able to connect every request. If we can't, we'll tell you and point you to official directories.

6. Your submissions

You agree to give accurate information and to submit requests only for property you own, rent or are buying or selling, or with the owner's permission. Don't submit spam or anyone else's personal information without consent.

7. Fees

Using this site is free for homeowners. Participating professionals may pay us an advertising or referral fee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is," and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it or from any professional's services.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
